Bad Wolf Studioz / East Coast Scripts Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Terms

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted to the customer to download any files (information or software) that have been paid for on Bad Wolf Studioz / East Coast Scripts's web site for use on the payee's own server/web site. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
   1. redistribute any modifications or copies of the materials;
   2. use the materials for any commercial purpose (without written permission);
   3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any encrypted scripts contained on  Bad Wolf Studioz / East Coast Scripts's web site;
   4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials (without copyright removal rights); or
   5. transfer the files to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
   6. use our files on more than 5 different live web sites without purchase of additional product licenses
   7. install our files on a server and/or web site not owned by you
2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Bad Wolf Studioz / East Coast Scripts at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded files in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Violation of any of these restrictions may result in a permanent ban from the Bad Wolf Studioz / East Coat Scripts website, and may result in legal action.
4. There are no refunds available for any of our digital download items. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know if the files you have purchased from us have been removed from your computer after you are refunded. Products that do not include digital files, such as an installation, may be refunded.
5. Installing any product on an unsupported version of the script it is made for voids any rights the customer has to free support from the script owners.  All products have a list of supported version in their product description.  Any unlisted versions are either incompatible or non-tested.

3. Product Updates

1. When you purchase an  Bad Wolf Studioz / East Coast Scripts product you purchase it "as is", whether it is in early development or a final release.
2. Although we do our best to keep all products up to date, updates to any products you purchase are not guaranteed.
3. Bad Wolf Studioz / East Coast Scripts reserves the right to discontinue updates and support any product at any point in time.  Support will always be provided for at least 30 days after a product is officially discontinued.

4. Disclaimer

1. The materials on Bad Wolf Studioz / East Coast Scripts's web site are provided "as is". Bad Wolf Studioz / East Coast Scripts makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
